![]() ![]() Of course Microsoft keeps referring me back to Avast for answers, even though I have a feeling that this might be a problem with Internet Explorer (all versions above IE8). Report Id: 789eff78-a612-11e3-b503-b280ff9c5076Īvast was fully updated after the clean-install of Windows 7, and I also need to mention that this problem does NOT exist in FireFox, Google Chrome or Opera Browsers. 75, time stamp: 0x52d6c48cįaulting application start time: 0x01cf3a1f393e4c58įaulting application path: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exeįaulting module path: C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\aswWebRepIE.dll 16518, time stamp: 0x52f347b2įaulting module name: aswWebRepIE.dll, version. Here is just one (of dozens) of error reports of Webrep causing IE 11 to crash:įaulting application name: iexplore.exe, version. I NEVER had a single problem caused by Webrep in IE 8, but now the only way I can find to keep IE 11 from crashing is by disabling the Webrep. I just finally upgraded my computer last week from Windows XP and IE8 to Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11, and that's when it started. I realize this is over a year old, BUT apparently the problem still isn't fixed.or it became a NEW (though identical) problem with Internet Explorer 11.
